Planting a church with SENT Network does not mean cloning a certain model. We celebrate various church forms and use of language that creatively adapts to each cultural context or people group the planter and their team is reaching with the gospel. Though existing in a variety of expressions, SENT planters and their church plants do share core commitments that comprise our collective ethos. These core commitments are summarized below in our SENT Network Covenant. SENT provides training, grants, coaching, Collectives, and encouragement to lead planters and their churches who commit to Covenant with us.

Gospel and Confession of Faith –  I affirm the biblical gospel and sound doctrine as described in SENT Network's The Gospel We Believe and Confession of Faith documents.

Mission and Gospel DNA – I will seek to lead and equip our church to practice Gospel DNA in a way that fits our vision and context per SENT's Gospel DNA document and Mission. I will also seek to improve through SENT's training, regular coaching, Collectives, and through others' help as well.

Positions –  I will seek to demonstrate tangible unity in SENT Network to advance the gospel, acknowledging the Positions (per Positions doc) that SENT's leadership will teach, evn if our church nuances a position a bit differently.

Giving to Planting and Sent Network – Our plant or church will designate at least 5-10% of our internal tithes/offerings to church planting because we want to be a church that helps plant churches. We will also prayerfully consider giving at least 1-5% to SENT's General Fund from out of what is designated for for church planting.

Renewable Covenant – I understand this is a renewable commitment. I will dialogue with SENT Network's leadership if we believe there may need to be change to this agreement.

Remember, SENT Network planters and churches may adapt their language and forms to fit their unique vision and cultural context and still align with SENT Network’s key documents.
